"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

Hi Barry, I use your speed_download icon [link] for my application. My application is free, but it might become commercial, in that case am i allowed to use your icon for my application.
I wanted to let you know about a new project I'm working on that features your work. It's a community driven icon database designed to make it easy to share and find icons by artist, icon set, or app. There may eventually be an Android app that goes with the site to make it easy to browse and set custom icons from a phone or tablet.
I'm using your database icon as the logo for now (great work btw). I still need to add FAQ, guideline, and about pages, so I'll add a credit for your work when I do along with links back to your profile.
I've created an artist page for you at [link]. It doesn't have much yet, but if you care to register for an account on that site, I will make you the owner of that page so you can edit it.
The bulk of the work right now is in populating the database and polishing it up. Registered users can upload things, so feel free to post any of your work if you would like. I will be posting things as I can, but there's no way I can do it all myself.
We'd like to use your database, storage icons e.g. [link] on our websites (which are commercial) but we're not commercially adapting the image, just including it a commercial site which talks about archiving, databasing, data storage, etc. Are we able to use it under the terms of the license or not? If not is there a way we can license it for commercial use in this way?
